This was the reality for the founder of Colega AI, a third-generation restaurateur who knew the daily hustle all too well. While keeping a restaurant alive, he faced the constant stress of creating content, taking photos, and posting online—only to realize there were never enough hours in the day.
Agencies were too costly, freelancers too inconsistent, and DIY tools still left the burden on the owner. Something had to change.
