928 Challenge is a startup competition focus to China and Portuguese-speaking countries, which is organized by Universities in Macau, which also including 2 weeks bootcamp for those accepted teams.
Back to 2021 event, 800 university students registered, 153 teams formed, 89 projects, and in the final phase, 16 teams participated, they are from China, Macau, Hong Kong, Mozambique, Brazil, Guinea-Bissau and Portugal.
For this year, the organizer separated the competition into 2 tracks - Startups and University. The 3 winning teams will receive an in-kind service prize of 30,000 MOP from Alibaba cloud services and 70,000 MOP of monetary prizes in total.
Teams can connect to different cities and regions while learning from expertises.
